Founded by Dr. Glen Warren in 2021, Strengthening Families, LLC is dedicated to fostering responsible fatherhood and healthy family dynamics through evidence-based education, coaching, and reentry-focused support.

Strengthening Families, LLC exists to promote responsible fatherhood, healthy co-parenting, and engaged grandparenting through evidence-based education, transformative coaching, and reentry-focused support. We are committed to helping families heal, rebuild, and thrive—one father, one household, and one generation at a time. Strengthening Families, LLC delivers customized training sessions and workshops in the areas of:
1. Evidence-Based Fatherhood Training: A 12-week curriculum promoting self- awareness, parenting excellence, and emotional resilience.
2. Effective Co-Parenting & Co-Grandparenting engagement workshops
3. Reentry Programs reentry-focused training titled “Bringing Him All the Way Home” a powerful, structured approach that embeds fatherhood development into reentry planning. Dr. Warren believes that reentry is not complete unless the father returns fully restored, reconnects with his children, and is empowered to lead his family responsibly.
4. Collaborative tools to nurture child-centered relationships across family structures.
5. Tailored training for formerly incarcerated fathers, emphasizing family reconciliation and societal reintegration 6. Community Advocacy: Partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and justice systems to amplify the impact of engaged fatherhood.
