I spent over two decades in mental health crisis work. I’ve seen the damage that disconnection can cause, and I’ve lived the redemption that healing brings.

In 2008, I founded Fathers Forever not because I had it all figured out—but because I saw a need. A need for fathers to be seen, supported, and restored. Since then, I’ve spoken on stages across the country, helped hundreds of men reconnect with their children, and built programs that change lives—not just headlines.

Whether I’m speaking in prisons, courtrooms, classrooms, or conferences, my message stays the same: you don’t have to be perfect to be present. Show up. Start fresh. Stay committed.
